Job Description
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience on products, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow the market, share and improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Report product feedback updates across the different teams where necessary.
- Liaise with support and sales to constantly get feedback on pain points experienced on internal and external products
- Create PRDs and Wireframes for products to be built.
- Handle support raised tickets to ensure resolve.
- Ensure that valuable features, enhancements and bug fixes are prioritized and shipped making thoughtful product decisions along the way and sharing insights with the rest of the company.
- Monitor key performance indicators and user feedback for continuous iterations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related courses
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as a product manager in a fintech company
- Should be able to use tools like miro, Jira, whimsical, figma, balsamiq, Draw.io.
- Should be conversant with the fintech ecosystem.
