Job Title: Junior Psychologist Analyst (Young Graduate Level)

Location: Abuja (Remote)

Employment Type: Short-Term Contract

Role Objective

• We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Psychologist Analyst to support ongoing psychological research, behavioral assessments, and data-driven analysis for mental health and human behavior projects.
• This remote role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful psychological work within a professional and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and assist in the development of psychological assessments and surveys.
• Collect, organize, and interpret psychological data using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Support data analysis and reporting on human behavior, mental health trends, or emotional intelligence metrics.
• Assist in writing reports, briefs, and presentations based on findings.
• Provide input on the design and improvement of assessment tools and intervention strategies.
• Attend virtual project meetings, contribute insights, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
• Must have graduated between 2023 and the present.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1); First Class graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong research and data analysis skills (experience with SPSS, Excel, or similar tools is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage remote collaboration effectively.
• Reside in Abuja is an Advantage

Salary

• N200,000 / Month
