- The successful candidate will be expected to executes sales drivers activities (distribution, visibility, promotion, quality, persuasion) and also run the commercial surveys, analyzes market demand and potential.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Sets daily outlet visit plan based on routing.
- Executes Sales Drivers Activities (Distribution, Visibility, Promotion, Quality, Persuasion)

- Drive Sales performance and sets daily targets with On-trade Leader
- Manages POS (permanent and temporary)

- Execute the market development of area/customer of responsibility (volume, growth, revenue, market share, etc.) & achieves KBIs.

- Participation to team activities for the achievement of the team’s results (critical KBIs)
- Builds and continuously upgrades customer relationships to drive the Business forward.
- Ensures that relationships are developed with peers across cooperating departments and upwards that lead to alignment of plans and enable delivery of sales results.
- Continuously improves processes and exploits growth opportunities in the market that will bring better results at lower cost.
- Ensures achievement of new launches targets in own area and contributes to total team results.
- Identify and recruit new prospective HORECA accounts.
- Coordinate the implementation and periodic review of security personnel and ensuring a high level.

- The Plant Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and safety of all plant facilities, including production areas, warehouses, office spaces, canteen, rest rooms and utilities.
- This role involves leading proactive maintenance strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing costs, and enhancing overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily functionality of all plant facilities, including utilities, lighting, HVAC, restrooms, and common areas.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize asset lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits, identifying and resolving maintenance issues proactively.

Requirements
- Candidate should possess a B.Sc / HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience (FMCG experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP ERM.
- Strong understanding of plant quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.
- Knowledge of CCH & TCCC systems, policies, and standards is an advantage
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information clearly.

- The Automation Engineer ensures reliable and sustainable electrical and automation systems of all bottling and utilities equipment in the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely and high-quality repairs on all bottling and utilities equipment in the event of electrical or automation issues.
- Ensure compliance with plant automation operating procedures and standards.
- Support project implementation by ensuring adherence to automation requirements for both new and existing projects.
- Utilize condition monitoring tools to assess automation equipment and develop corrective action plans (CAPs) for identified issues.
- Maintain availability of essential automation parts and establish appropriate reorder levels.
- Oversee maintenance contracts related to inspection and coding machines, ensuring adherence to contract terms.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for equipment and process related non-conformances.
- Ensure regular updates and availability of user program backups for all automation equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date electrical documentation for all plant equipment.
- Perform routine audits on electrical controls to ensure operational efficiency.

- Adequate knowledge of bottling technology & FMCG experience.
- Experience in execution of projects such as: line commissioning, annual maintenance planning.
- Operational planning expertise. Understanding of financial impact of decisions.
