Job Competency Requirements
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and organizational policies.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
Net Pay Range: ₦650,000 – ₦750,000

2). HR Manager- Mortgage Bank
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, procedures, and policies.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, and handling of sensitive employee information.
- Use HR analytics and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive organizational culture and improve employee engagement.
- Guide and support HR team members in their roles and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s/HR certification is a plus).
- 5-7 years HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role (preferably in banking).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
- Skilled in HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information well.
- Ability to develop required policies, processes & procedures and standardize the department.
