1). Source to Contract Buyer

Responsibilities
- The Source-to-Contract Buyer is responsible for the facilitation/implementation of the category sourcing strategy by performing all sourcing plans for Procurement Categories globally and will closely cooperate with the category and/or business procurement managers.
- The Source-to-Contract Buyer will take end to end responsibility of the sourcing to the contracting processes and a proper handover to PSSC for content creation.
- This will mean among other tasks: set up, lead tender events, analyse, negotiate autonomously or along with category or business procurement managers, contract, on/off-board suppliers.
- Thereby the Source-to-Contract Buyer will have an important contribution to develop the Source-to-Contract Team to a more and more professional level and by increasing capabilities, implementing efficiencies, improving processes, speed and quality.
- They will achieve it by creating trust and engaging the category and/or business procurement managers to take over all sourcing activities, as well as other procurement operations colleagues on sourcing related activities, thus driving best-in-class results and compliance
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of Procurement at a multinational company or a Shared Service organization
- End to end understanding of the source to pay process
- Experience in building RFx events
- Understanding of e-Sourcing methodologies
- Able to quickly and accurately analyse, conclude and summarize results
- Reporting experience
- Knowledge of Procurement processes
- Comfortable with ERP and e-sourcing tools
- Proven experience with (category/business) Procurement
- Proven experience with process and system optimization
- Strong internal stakeholder management

Job Description
- The Legal Counsel at FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc will execute the Company’s Legal agenda through innovative global legal strategies.
- This position of Legal Counsel involves the continuous provision of timely and effective legal interventions by ensuring that FrieslandCampina’s global legal structures are adopted and executed within peculiar yet dynamic business environments.
- Additionally, this role will include stakeholder relations and management with necessary third parties, as well as upholding the Code of Ethics at both internal and external levels.
- Moreover, the Legal Counsel shall support the Company Secretary in delivering legal and company secretarial functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive commercial legal support and reduce legal risks associated with medium and highly complex strategic business transactions, including local partnerships and transactions with FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria.
- Manage a wide array of legal matters, ranging from sales and distribution agreements to corporate housekeeping, supply chain, and procurement-related issues;
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive commercial legal advice on transactions spanning multiple jurisdictions by employing a collaborative, business-partnering approach.
- Manage external legal counsel efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and processes while developing and maintaining strong relationships with your business partners.
- Raise awareness of and address risks associated with (new) local regulations and legislation in the region as well.
- Deliver interactive training programmes to foster robust legal awareness at FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc.
- Ensure the local implementation of global programmes and digital tools such as Salesforce and Compass;
- Collaborate closely with fellow Legal Counsel in global FrieslandCampina entities to align and develop legal strategies, advice, and tools.
Requirements
- A Law Degree with expertise in contract law, the Companies and Allied Matters Act, the Securities and Exchange Commission Act, the Financial Reporting Council Act, intellectual property, real estate, litigation, company secretarial practice, and corporate governance.
- Someone who is intellectually curious, possesses strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, is willing to learn, is confident, and can engage effectively regardless of the stakeholders.
- A Master’s in Law (LL.M) or an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) will offer a distinct advantage.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience working in a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel for an FMCG.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. Fluency in other local languages is regarded as an advantage.
- Someone who demonstrates drive and commitment, who can naturally have a positive impact on our organisation, acting with commercial awareness and energy.
