1). Automation Engineer

Job Purpose
- The intelligent automation space covers solutions that integrate business process automation, robotic process automation and cognitive automation using technology capabilities from leading technology providers around the world.
- The responsibilities of the role include partnering with business teams to sell the value of intelligent automation, delivering innovation in process automation leveraging the RPA solutions, and end-to-end implementation and support of automation solutions for internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client processes and technology environment to identify high-value automation opportunities and use cases.
- Design and build comprehensive automation solutions to realize defined operational efficiency and process improvement targets
- Deploy agile delivery methods to ensure automation projects deliver early value realization and alignment to clients’ priorities.
- Provide L1 – L3 post-implementation support to help clients beyond the project life cycle.
- Assist clients in establishing Automation Centers of Excellence to drive efficient and sustainable enterprise automation practices – continuous improvement, technical support, 1process selection and prioritization criteria, value realization tracking and reporting etc.
Education and Experience
Education:

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:

3). Regional Business Head
Locations: Sokoto, Kano, Ondo, and Enugu
Job Purpose
- To drive sales strategy translation into a sales plan and detailed activities, with reference to Interswitch overall sales strategic direction, with the primary purpose of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for their assigned region.
- To drive adoption of sales operational policies, monitor overall strategy implementation against timeline and budgetary margins.
- To enhance service delivery and engagement with relevant stakeholders and periodic reports on progress and achieved milestones.
- To oversee the administration of the regional office and all ISW staff that operate from the regional offices.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordination of sales/BD and other operational requirements of the assigned regional cluster.
- This covers all existing and prospective customers and partners as well as regional office management.
- Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing customer and partner accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organisation and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
- Manage ongoing relationships with identified customer segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on customer input.
- Maintain sales tools and methods and deploy consistent communication channels with customers to enhance service delivery.
- Manage key aspects of the data management system. This includes being responsible for developing or operating key elements of the system.
- Contribute to the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates.

- Develop internal marketing plans, work collaboratively with other departments to improve internal relationships and build strong external customer relationships.
- Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes, and identify trends of customers’ interests, direction and sales as well as suggest changes to products and services accordingly.
- Oversee deployment of sales network integration, and handle communication and negotiation with business partners, service providers, and subsidiaries.
