1). Electrical Technician
Locations: Abuja, Lagos and Rivers
Summary of Responsibilities
- Responsible to Carryout Electrical/Panel wiring as specified in the circuit diagram and also ensure that electrical/wiring jobs are done in a safe manner
Main Functions
- Responsible for trouble shooting and resolving electrical related issues in all industrial CNC machines in the factory
- Carryout Electrical/Panel wiring repairs and maintenance.
- Using the electrical wiring diagrams to trace issues on machine and be able to detect and resolve same.
- Ensure that all periodic preventive maintenance is carried out.
- Ensure that electrical/wiring jobs are done in a safe manner and strict quality measures are adhered to.
- Carry out testing of Electrical products according to standards.
- Documenting/ reporting of jobs done.

2). Service Technician – Electrical
Locations: Abuja, Lagos and Rivers
Summary of Responsibilities
- To effectively and efficiently implement mechanical/electrical diagnostic procedures and repairs under workshop/field conditions.
- Implement major overhauls on Caterpillar equipment as instructed by management.
Main Functions
- To effectively implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and commissioning of new Caterpillar equipment ensuring the required documentation is completed correctly.
- To effectively utilize diagnostic equipment to evaluate Caterpillar engine performance and condition following recognized Caterpillar procedures and service information.
- Establish parts reusability using Caterpillar literature and service information. Prepare parts list for workshop jobs utilizing SIS Parts System.
- Minimize rectification work by ensuring correct procedures are employed during assembly and maintenance work.
- Ensure company assets i.e tools and equipment are maintained to an acceptable standard ensuring all tools in his care are available for inspection when requested.
- Report any unsafe practice or situation to his superiors for immediate action.
- Prepare clear and concise service reports, SIMS, DSR’s as required for both customer and management.
- Perform other related duties as may be directed by the Supervisor.

3). Design Engineer
Location: Nigeria
Summary of Responsibilities
- Responsible to generate all design drawing, maintain existing ones, securing soft copies, transferring the CAD drawing into NC programme and ensuring that designs are given to the products
Main Functions
- Generate, sketch and draft all internal drawing required in the plant.
- Translate all sketches into the applicable CAD programme(s) and CNC machine programmes.
- Inspects the in-process and finished products from the machines to ensure the efficacy of the design and follow up at different production stages to ensure completion of job orders as per the required quantity.
- Authorize to inspect and identify non conformity and stop production if need be.
- Responsible for the security, adequacy and accuracy of all company’s drawings (hard and soft copies) and other equipment under his position.
- Reports to the Metal Work Supervisor.
Requirements
- B.Sc / B.Eng in Civil Engineering / Mech. Eng. / Architecture or any other related field with good knowledge of CAD design like Auto CAD, solid works, modeling and NC programming.
- Minimum of 2 years experience of CAD design in sheet metal processing plant
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments such as caliper, tri square etc.

4). Warehouse Assistant
Locations: Abuja, Lagos and Rivers

Job Summary
- Receives overseas purchase order. And dispatch all packages received by Air, Sea or Stock transfers to respective branches.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient receipting action on cases delivered from the sea/airport by respective clearing Agents, including those delivered by courier suppliers and contractors.
- Overseas cases received opened or with mixed items are given prompt and conclusive attention.
- Ensure that all overseas order received for branches are urgently dispatched with corresponding documents within 24hours of receipt.
- Take custody and tally all packages for loading to consigned branches and ensure they are well protected to avoid damages to the items in transit.
- Prepare an update report on cases short delivered from clearing agents and also on cases dispatched to branches through courier agents, i.e. UPS.
- Ensure proper recording, distribution and filling of all documents involved in various processing stages. Manage the total inventory in the warehouse.
