1). Fleet Officer Check In/Check Out
Location: Lagos
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a record of all vehicle movement into and out of the premises
- Maintain a record of vehicle condition prior to check-in
- Responsible for ensuring that all vehicles entering the facility are checked in using the provided Movement software (VAMS Mobile)
- Responsible for ensuring that all vehicles exiting the facility are checked out using the provided Movement software
- Responsible for updating the data on VAMS on vehicle inactivity.
- Liaise with maintenance team to ensure that vehicles for maintenance are checked in appropriately so clear maintenance data is generated
- Responsible for pre-check in inspection for all vehicles to ascertain vehicle condition at the time of check in.
Requirements
- Able to communicate, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- 0-2 years experience in similar or related role
- Minimum of OND in relevant discipline

2). EV Fleet Officer QA
Location: Lagos
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Document evidence of pre- inspection and post inspection for vehicles
- Test vehicles before maintenance to ascertain the level of repair to be carried out
- Follow up the process of repair to ensure that spare parts appropriated for maintenance work is utilized judiciously
- Periodically visit Authorized Service Workshops to confirm that maintenance work is carried out according to MAX routines and standards
- Work with the vehicle maintenance manager to improve on checklists and maintenance routines
- Inspect/Test Vehicles after maintenance to ensure that the needed repairs are carried out
- Support in the assessment of vehicles using the pre-assessment checklist before refurbishment is carried out to ascertain the level of damage
- Inspect spare parts which are to be used for refurbishment purposes to ensure it meets the requirements
- Inspect/Test vehicles after refurbishment using the post-assessment checklist to confirm the vehicles are refurbished to set standards
- Guide technicians on maintenance best practices
- Ensure job cards are filled out for every vehicle brought into the facility for maintenance/refurbishment
- Conduct frequent training of technicians
Requirements

- 2 Years cognate experience as a vehicle technician or 2 years experience in fleet management
- Minimum of OND in Mechanical Engineering

3). EV Fleet Refurbishing/Maintenance Lead
Location: Lagos
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain records of electric vehicles within the jurisdiction and maintain records of their status at all times.
- Update maintenance and refurbishment checklist of Electric vehicles regularly to meet OEM and MAX specification
- Ensure all costs relating to vehicle refurbishment are documented correctly to aid repricing of vehicle
- Document Assessment records for all churned electric vehicles
- Develop maintenance process flow of all vehicles that can be replicated across business locations
- Liases with OEMs to ensure Warranty issues are tracked and closed out
- Ensure that all vehicles scheduled for maintenance are checked into the premises and on VAMS
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws related to the repair of vehicles and equipment use and care
- Oversee the process of refurbishment of MAX electric vehicles witin jurisdiction
- Ensure that churned vehicles are re-certified within the period set up in the SOP
- Maintain relationship with Authorized service workshops to ensure that vehicles are maintained according to plan
- Setup and organise training for technicians to ensure their skills are up to date
- Manage team to boost morale and drive collaboration between the teams
- Maintain relationship with Financiers and Vehicle OEMs.
- Prepare and present reports on inactivity, maintenance activities, and refurbishment outcomes to EV fleet operations manager
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- 4 Years cognate experience in fleet management or Mobility (preferably in EV)
- Minimum of a BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Logistics, Mobility or Manufacturing experience preferred

4). Telematics Lead (EV)
Location: Lagos
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Keep accurate database of all tracker IMEIs and their SIM phone numbers
- Maintain records of all vehicles tracked within MAX
- Proactively manage SIM cards and Telcos to ensure easy connectivity
- Function as key part of the setup process by ensuring that trackers and other devices are installed properly and timely on all new vehicles
- Ensure that new vehicles to be deployed are set up properly within VAMS with correct IMEI and other details recorded.
- Manage and monitor the Vehicle Tracking platform deployed by MAX
- Ensure vehicles are tracked and reporting live location on the IoT Platform
- Monitor and ensure all vehicles are within the primary locations
- Coordinate Fleet Security and ensure that all vehicles are securely tracked
- Detect abnormal situation and report issues immediately to Management
- Provide needed support and training to Fleet Officers in locations to ensure vehicle security
- Analyze data to increase business operational efficiency
- Ensure the use of technology put in place by MAX are used optimally to monitor champions driving patterns
- Periodically review tracking platform and make recommendations to management on improvement areas
- Manage and report on budget for telematics team.
- Create strategies to increase profits and reduce cost.
- Responsible for management of the fleet telematics command and control room
- Ensure that telematics officers are kept up to date on technology by recommending training programmes to upskill them
Requirements
