1). Internal Audit Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Objective
- The Internal Audit Supervisor supports the execution of risk-based audits by assessing internal controls, documenting findings, and recommending improvements.
- The role includes assisting in investigations, ensuring timely follow-up on audit actions, and promoting a culture of compliance and risk awareness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary reviews, including evaluating internal controls, and assist the Audit Coordinator in designing audit programs for systems review and governance in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan.
- Prepares and organises audit work papers that adequately support audit conclusions and recommendations in line with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
- Work under supervision to conduct assurance and consulting engagements and develop recommendations in line with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF)
- Document and file work papers and audit procedures performed. Track timely and effectively corrective actions taken following audit recommendations.
- Maintain back up (physical and electronic) of all internal audit materials for easy retrieval and reference and monitor the document management process across the Company.
- Perform audit work using a standard audit methodology to evaluate risk, internal controls and verify extent to which key control support the business objectives.
- Support investigations of all alleged cases of fraud, waste, abuse and inefficiencies and make recommendations on appropriate preventive or remedial actions.
- Conduct follow-up on audit with Process Owners to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations
- Assist the Head, Internal Audit promoting a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organisation.
- Demonstrate understanding of Promasidor’s strategic vision, be a self-starter, and responsible for actions promoting this strategic vision.
- Perform Ad-hoc assignments and investigations as required by the Coordinator – Internal Audit or Head, Internal Audit.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of internal audit experience, preferably with a large FMCG company, or Big 4 Consulting experience.
- ACA, CIA, CISA or other relevant professional certification highly desired.
- Experienced in IT audits and audit data analytics is desirable.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experienced in executing audits within a complex operational and regulatory environment desired.
- Strong time management skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good analytical, organisational and presentation skills
- Ability to travel nationally 30%.

2). Business Intellegence Designer
Location: Nigeria
Job Purpose and Objective
- BI Designers play a crucial role in our data-driven organization by transforming raw Business Systems data into meaningful insights supporting our strategic decision-making processes through user-friendly reports and interactive dashboards using various Business Intelligence tools.
- This role enables stakeholders across the company to gain valuable insights, drive performance, and achieve business goals.
- Our primary Business Intelligence tool is Microsoft Power BI. We encourage our team members to challenge our technology choices, including BI and other areas, by staying abreast of industry trends such as AI.
- We expect our team to engage in R&D activities to explore emerging technologies and alternative tools. This proactive approach opens opportunities for the organization to enhance the quality and performance of our BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
BI Analysis:
- Understand and formalize clear and well-structured business requirements through interaction with BI clients.
- Interact with software solutions & data source providers and combine with reports/dashboards
- specifications to design optimal technical and user interface solutions providing useful BI insights.
- Accurately estimate tasks workload and duration.
BI Design:
- Build quality, reliable and efficient reports/dashboards with accurate data/information.
- Transform data and utilize Power BI features to create compelling data-driven stories with high users’ adoption.
- Set up access rights for BI reports according to business requirements.
- Ensure work quality through testing and validation.
Post-Design Activities:
- Support validation tests by Analysts and Key Users.
- Provide technical support and training as needed.
- Promptly resolve issues raised during validation or in the production environment.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with and support your team / colleagues to deliver the BI Design Unit’s projects within time, quality, and budget objectives.
- Proactively engage with other team members and provide constructive feedback and help
Learning & Development:
- Stay informed about and learn emerging technologies and industry trends, including AI.
- Support the company’s BI evolution by promoting and engaging in BI tools & techniques R&D.
- Guide and mentor more junior team members to support their development.
Key Competencies Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor of Science Degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Should Have:
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in additional BI tools and programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Worked in FMCG Manufacturing & Distribution environment (Food & Beverage even better).

3). Associate/Senior Software Engineer – Business System

- The role of Software Engineer can be performed at four levels of seniority: Junior, Associate, Senior, and Lead; based on competencies, experience and performance. While each level has variations in the job description, all share the same overall characteristics described in this document with different business systems focus (in different units): ERP, GTM and IS.
