1). Neighbourhood Channel Sales Manager

Job Purpose
- Implement the sales strategy to deliver agreed business objectives within assigned Neighbourhood.
- Must be able to influence, inspire and drive performance without having direct management responsibility for distributor staff.
Context / Scope:
- A key contributor to the success of the PZ Cussons commercial strategic plan; demonstrating industry leadership in both volume driving & brand building activity.
Key Accountabilities
Measurement / Performance Indicators:
- Manage VSR and achievement of their secondary sales
- Expand Coverage in the Neighbourhood outlets
- Provide availability of MSL in the Neighbourhood outlets
- Coaching and accompaniment of VSR
- Effective promo management in the Neighbourhood outlets
- Ensure SFA parameters are tracked and achieved
- Drive excellent brand visibility through picture of success and implementation
- Market intelligence gathering and competitor activity monitoring and report timely.

Reponsibilities
- Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the territory (Sell in, sell out, Focus Category, NPD listing and promotions)
- Achieve sales drivers’ objectives for the territory viz (Distribution, Visibility, Price and Promotion)
- Managing territories with potential to deliver a minimum of 1B per annum
- Plan to deliver customer based and territory based agreed sales (NIV and Category) targets periodically and ensuring a MoM and YoY growth

Job Role
Manage end to end procurement processes for all commodities materials. Tasks will include:
- Price Negotiations
- Cost Model Reviews:
- Engage with the deployment of EPDs and NPDs
- Be a key contact for all procure to pay activities.
- Contract/Schedule and PIR Management;
Manage and implement SAP related tasks:
- Ensure quota arrangement is maintained where needed
- Ensure all active materials are set up with valid contracts
- Escalate SAP issues that may require expert handling.
- Ensure contracts data integrity within the system by carrying out periodic data health checks.
Price Trends Monitoring:
- Constant follow up with input raw material market prices and price trends.
