1). Oracle Financials Analyst
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Role Accountabilities
- Primary responsibility will be leading solution of Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) transformation programs. This position needs extensive hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Financials – GL., AR, AP, CM and FA & Supply Chain- Management
- Follow up on other applications to be deployed as an addition to Oracle ERP.
- Review RD 20, RD 50 for the business with regards Oracle application.
- Conducting of Conference room Pilot documenting issues log and follow up resolution.
- Conducting of User Acceptance Testing, documenting issues log and follow up resolution.
- Support of existing EBS Financial Applications
- Mange system project across Sahara Entities
- Ensure working with the stakeholders in the financial organization in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), and Fitment recommendation.
- Need to have a good understanding of the financial business process with ability to map in the Oracle Financials Cloud/Oracle EBS R12 application.
- Support the deployment of Oracle Fusion across Sahara Entities.
Minimum Qualification/Experience
- University Degree in Accounting or other Finance related subject. Degree in other subjects should have done ACA/ACCA.
- Minimum of 4-5 years cognate working experience (POST NYSC) in a similar role within a corporate organization.
- Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion and EBS R12 (Preferably R12.2).
- Have completed at least 2 roll out system implementation.
- Experience in the implementation lifecycle of at least 1 Oracle ERP Cloud Financials project (Release 10 or later).
- Oracle EBS/Financials Cloud implementation experience in at least one or more of these modules: Financial Accounting Hub, General Ledger, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service
- Knowledge of basic SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2). Oracle Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Lagos
Role Accountabilities
- Primary responsibility will be leading solution of Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) transformation programs. This position needs extensive hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud SCM Procurement, Inventory, Asset Management, Order management.
- Review RD 20, RD 50 for the business with regards Oracle application.
- Conducting of Conference room Pilot documenting issues log and follow up resolution.
- Conducting of User Acceptance Testing, documenting issues log and follow up resolution.
- Support of existing EBS SCM Applications
- Ensure working with the stakeholders in the financial organization in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), and Fitment recommendation.
- Prompt resolution of all SCM request sent to helpdesk for User.
- Need to have a good understanding of the SCM business process with ability to map in the Oracle SCM Cloud/Oracle EBS R12 application
- Implementation of Oracle SCM across the group.
- Support the deployment of Oracle Fusion across Sahara Entities.
Minimum Qualification/Experience
- University degree in Business or related subjects
- Minimum of 4 years of Oracle SCM Cloud functional experience
- Expertise in the following Cloud modules – Order Management Cloud, Product Information Management, Global Order Promising, Inventory and Purchasing
- A minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Financials or Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
- Implementation experience of 1 or more Oracle modules in the relevant area.
- Demonstrable experience in several of the following activities on ERP projects; requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration, conference room pilots / prototype demonstrations, testing, Integration, data migration, training, post ‘go live’ support.
- Knowledge of basic SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle will be an added advantage.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with quick learning on the job.
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork required.

3). Accounting Officer (Temp)
Location: Lagos
Role Accountabilities
- Receiving vendor invoices and verify the accuracy of vendor invoices in line with the workorder/contract, job completion certificate/delivery note, and activity approval by user department and management.
- Posting of invoice, staff advances and retirements, petty cash expenses into the financial system and ensuring proper booking into correct GL code and cost centres.
- Responding to external vendors and internal managers regarding all aspects of the accounts payable process, invoice discrepancies etc.
- Booking invoices by considering discount opportunities, appropriate deductions of invoice taxes.
- Regularly monitors the accounts payable aging reports to measure the effectiveness of early payment performance. 6. Keeping record of all advances and verifying expenses evidence for advance retirement etc.
- Monitoring vendor account balances, tracking expenses, preparing analyses of accounts (prepayments and accruals) and related AP activity to produce monthly financial reports.
- Ensuring complete filing of all invoices with necessary supporting documents, advance retirements in an orderly manner for easy reference.
- Administering and maintaining petty cash in Naira and USD.
- Provide accurate and effective records management relative to the AP function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics or relevant field.
- Must have commenced ICAN examination with Skills level passed at a minimum.
- At least 1-2 years post NYSC work experience in a similar role.
- Must possess very sound knowledge of basic accounting
- Basic knowledge of taxes and statutory deductions in Nigeria.
- Must be able to do simple analysis and interpretation of financial transactions.
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, determine priorities and organize work to meet objectives and identify and deal with problems.
- Outstanding attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with external parties and internal colleagues.
- Knowledgeable in IFRS.

4). Finance Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Role Accountabilities
- Overseeing Payments for the relevant entities.
- Monthly Invoices to Customers
- Monthly and Quarterly Reconciliation of Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Receivables and Payables Aged Analysis
- Monthly Remittance of WHT and VAT and filing returns for the relevant entities.
- Posting of Transactions on the ERP
- Monthly and Quarterly Bank Reconciliation for the relevant entities
- Maintaining up to date Fixed Asset Register
- Monthly Prepayment and Accruals Schedules
- Intercompany Reconciliations with related parties
- Manage relationship with Key external stakeholders (Bankers, Auditors and Tax Authorities)
- Manage general ledger and account statements; and ensure all transactions are processed in line with IFRS.
- Revenue Assurance for the relevant entities
- Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts
- Any other related deliverables as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Finance/ Accounting / Economics or Social Science discipline
- Minimum 3-5years relevant work experience within a similar role
- Professional Accounting Certification (ACA/ ACCA) is an added advantage.
- Good understanding and application of International Financial Reporting Standards
