Job Summary

  • A dynamic tech solutions provider is seeking experienced Sales Associates to drive partner acquisition and revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in B2B tech sales and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, engage, and onboard new business partners, targeting a minimum of 10 new partnerships monthly.
  • Drive employee adoption within partner organizations, ensuring a minimum of 5 employees per partner engage with our platform monthly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions’ value proposition.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, maintaining detailed documentation of partner interactions and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the partner onboarding experience and ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing partner accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, partner engagement, and revenue forecasts.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Guide partners through the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to successful onboarding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B tech sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the B2B tech landscape and sales methodologies
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
