Responsibilities
General Procurement Duties.
- Tender processes for the purchase of materials,
- Use of electronic bidding software for Procurement,
- Use of other software for procurement purposes
- Follow-up activities on Material deliveries, Expediting of pending order deliveries
- Monitor the progress of active transactions and conduct service quality assessments at the end of each contract.
- Monitor the progress of issued requests until they are transformed into POs and issued to suppliers
- Monitor the progress of the orders until the products and or services are received and invoiced.
- Monitor the flow; follow up of validated invoices and payment to Contractors.
- Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly report of activities.
- Database maintenance analysis and management.
- Participate in Service quality meetings, correspondences and relations with internal users and external clients
- Monitoring/tracking and doing gap analysis on the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the key vendors in responsible areas –
Providing feedback on KPI to the key vendors in a regular basis, and develop/agree the action plan to close gap – Spending analysis on a regular basis – Communications. - Any other work of a similar nature as may be requested by the hierarchy

2). Joint Venture (JV) Accountant

Job Description
- SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a JV Accountant to join its work force in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Extracting Cabotage values from GL 445909 and booking them for payment to NIMASA, after appropriate approvals, according to JV, and in line with monthly closure processes.
- Preparation of monthly cabotage reports with supporting documents for interface with NIMASA.
- Monitoring/analyzing of GL 445909 (NG01) and making corrections were necessary to maintain zero balance.
- Extracting NCD values from GL 445911 and booking them for payment to NCDMB, after appropriate approvals, according to contractual agreements, and in line with monthly closure processes.
- Extracting WHT and VAT values from their respective GL accounts and booking them for payment to various authorities, after appropriate approvals, according to their GL balances, and in line with monthly closure processes.
- Monitoring of NGN and USD balances in VAT, WHT, NCD and CABOTAGE, and recovering same with due payments, for relevant regulators, from those relating to the same vendor.
- Running accrual process for GIT monthly, to accrue the cumulative balances and booking its reversal date on the first of the next month.
- Assist, in collaboration with Tax and JV Budget Departments, in the computation of the NDDC liability and following up on related payments/reconciliations thereof.
- Assist with the accounting and booking of all Cash Calls paid by Partners into the JV Accounts/Books and analyzing the related impact on the Treasury Report
- Assist with the preparation of NNPC/COMPANY and AMENAM Annual returns

- Sending out emails to COMPANY PLC and COMPANY SA representatives to obtain their intercompany balance sheet and profit & loss accounts relating to the reporting period
- Reconciling of Company SA and Company PLC balance sheet/profit and loss position with that of COMPANY
- Preparation of Intercompany reconciliation report for Company SA & Company PLC and printing for signatures.
- Uploading of signed intercompany reconciliation report to SOX CM+
- Preparing and posting of Debit notes for receiving of funds from sale of scraped material.
- Monitoring invoices in the workflow and following up with actors over items that are overdue.
- Following up with archivists for reprocessing of invoices received but not in IMP for processing.

Job Description
- The Campaigns Preparation Supervisor is responsible for the advanced planning, coordination and preparation of heavy maintenance, construction, and integrity restoration campaigns.
- The position is responsible for delivery of low complexity (single discipline) construction and fabrication scopes, vendor-managed package restorations, integrity inspection program planning, and other campaign works.
- The position enables the effectiveness of SPIE GMC Field Execution Team (FET) resources through planning and coordination of low complexity job scopes.
- This role ensures that low complexity projects and campaigns are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with client management systems, including Work Management System, Safe Work Practice requirements, Global Practices and specifications, and Management of Change.
- The Supervisor oversees a team of several execution leads and engineers who are responsible for developing detailed project plans and schedules.
- The team is responsible for brownfield verification of campaign requirements; conceptual construction plans and constructability assessments; development of MTOs, work packages, and resource-loaded execution schedules; oversight of onshore fabrication and pre-mobilization work, including QAQC at vendor sites; management of third party vendors; and ensuring adherence to client specifications and relevant codes and standards.

Job Description
- SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a Package Coordinator/Turbinist to join its work force in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The responsibility of the incumbent includes and not limited to:
Purpose
- He ensures that maintenance operations under his responsibility are carried out in strict accordance with Company’s current safety rules and operating procedures and in accordance with standard industry practice, thereby guaranteeing the quality of maintenance operations, within his field, carried out on site by Contractor.
Operations:
- Organizes on site the maintenance operations which are related to turbo machines by coordinating supervisors.
- Assists the planning team by giving any technical support for the preparation of the jobs in his discipline.
- Assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),
- Ensures that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility,
- Manages interventions using the CMMS,
- Enters intervention reports in the CMMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field,
- Takes in charge the turbo packages in case of breakdown until correct operation status.
- Assists operation team in conducting the turbo machines.
Methods:
- Identifies recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyses them and suggests improvements
- Keeps a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programmes and, if need be, suggests improvements,
- Warns support teams of any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare parts,

Profile
The holder of this position must have the following qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years. study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years experience in the maintenance or operation field on gas turbine.
Specific professional knowledge:
- Gas turbine
- Gas compressor
- Ability to lead and motivate multi-national teams,
- Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others,
- Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.
