1). Wealth Manager (Senior)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Identifying business opportunities, prioritizes, and reaches out to new clients for investment.
  • Identifying development opportunities; follows up on development leads and contacts;
  • Mobilizing funds from clients for business investments.
  • Writing winning proposal documents, negotiate interest percentage in line with organizations’ policy along with Business Head.
  • Responsible for handling business research, market surveys and feasibility studies for clients.
  • Developing, executing and evaluating new plans for expanding increase sales with the help of Business Head.
  • Documenting all customer contacts and information.
  • Responsible for increase in sales and growth of organization products as agreed with the Business Head.
  • Mantaining current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.
  • Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods.
  • Researching and getting updated with the latest trends in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./MSc in Sales & Marketing with 5to 10 years’ experience in business development.
  • Must have strong relationship management skill
  • Advanced business knowledge and related regulations within Nigeria
  • Must have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales andmarketing
  • Must have ability to manage a team
  • Must have knowledge in statistical analysis as used in and revenue generation
  • Must have proven ability to interact with high profile clients
  • Applicant must be creative, pro-active, have the ability to “think outside the box” and accept or create new ideas and take calculated risks on new products and process development.

2). Actor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Performing in front of the camera or on stage, delivering lines and actions as dictated by the script or director.
  • Collaborating with directors, producers, and other actors to shape and refine the character.
  • Rehearsing lines, blocking, and actions regularly to ensure a polished and convincing performance.
  • Attending script readings, rehearsals, and production meetings as required.
  • Participating in promotional activities such as interviews, photo shoots, and social media engagements.
  • Adheringto the production schedule and maintain professionalism throughout the filming or rehearsal process.
  • Be open to constructive feedback and work on character development as directed.
  • Attending costume fittings, makeup sessions, and other pre-production activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in acting, whether in film, television, theater, or other forms of media.
  • Strong emotional range and ability to bring characters to life.
  • Excellent verbal communication and diction.
  • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
  • Formal training in acting (e.g., drama school, theater workshops, acting classes).
  • Previous experience with (specific genre of project, e.g., action films, drama, comedy).
  • Familiarity with the entertainment industry and production processes.
  • Ability to perform physical actions or stunts as required by the role.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in portraying diverse characters.
