1). Food Runner/Kitchen Assistant
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing meals
- Cleaning kitchen utensils & dishes
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
- Communicate food orders to chefs
- Assist the waitstaff with table setting by fetching & placing appropriate tableware & eating utensils
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Male/Female
- More than 18 years old
- Must posses relevant work experience as a Food Runner, Kitchen Assistant or a similar role
- Knowledgeable in cooking meals
- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Customer service-oriented.
Salary
N26,000 per month.

2). Barman
Location: Oyo
Job Responsibilities
- Serve alcoholic beverages at the bar.
- Clean glassware and bar utensils.
- Manage & update bar inventory / records.
Job Requirements
- SSCE / OND qualification
- 1 – 2 years work experien
- Male
- 22 26 years old
- Must posses relevant work experience as a Barman or a similar role
- Knowledgeable in names & categories of alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks
- Knowledgeable in glassware for serving different alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks at a bar
- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Customer service-oriented
- Attention to detail
- Good maths skills
- Well-groomed.

3). Chef
Location: Oyo
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that all meals are properly prepared & presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
- Monitoring, training & managing all kitchen staff
- Monitor all kitchen equipment, & make request for equipment repairs & replacement as needed
- Assist in determining what food items & kitchen supplies need to be purchased
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE, OND in relevant fields with 2 – 4 years work experience.
- Female/Male
- Not older than 35 years old
- 2 – 4 years relevant work experience as a Chef, Cook, Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or a related role
- Hands-on experience with cooking a large variety of meals
- Hands-on experience with planning menus & ordering ingredients
- Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation & safety regulations
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Salary
N70,000 – N77,000 monthly.
