1). Mould Maintenance Specialist

Location: Delta

Job Purpose

  • To ensure that all moulds and accessories brought to the workshop are repaired to standard and required specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Machining of mould equipment and other machine components.
  • Routine maintenance on all mould workshop equipment and ensuring that they are in good condition
  • Ensure jobs performed are of high standard and in accordance with drawings
  • Assist in the fabrication of spare parts and other equipment components for preventive maintenance
  • Implement needed corrective actions required to be carried out on mould and other general fitting jobs and ensure concise interpretation of all returned jobs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering and related fields.
  • 2 – 3 years experience in mould fitting in glass industry
  • Must have experience and basic knowledge of computers and be able to learn programs necessary to carry out job functions.

2). Key Accounts Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

  • To manage customer accounts, follow up, and meet with assigned customers in the coverage area.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Accounts sales plan and planning agreements, in order to ensure annual sales objectives are achieved. Focus on annual/quarterly cost triggers related to customer prices and implement or negotiate where necessary.
  • Investigate new opportunities to increase our market share, in order to expand current business relationships and increase the value of customer accounts.
  • Review Customer Accounts results on a monthly basis, explain the reasons for any deviations and take corrective actions, in order to be aligned with the agreed budget and planning agreement.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of customers’ cyclical demand to improve service and recognize opportunities. Use this information to gather forecasts and share with the planner to facilitate the demand plans
  • Focus on stock levels, ensuring slow moving stock is attended to quickly.
  • Maintain frequent communication and make planned visits to customers to evaluate and resolve complaints and continuously reinforce relations to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing (dynamic) analysis of market conditions and competitor activity to the company management and sales force to keep them informed about the market trends.
  • Negotiate and implement the annual business budget and planning agreements, in line with sales turnover, profitability and other KPIs, to achieve agreed profits.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing or other sales related fields
  • 2-3 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint  Presentation
  • Experience in the commercial/sales area from a B2B company
  • Experience in logistics/manufacturing sector is  preferable

3). Supply Chain Manager

Location: Delta

Job Purpose

  • This role has responsibility to create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
  • It has full responsibility for Planning & Procurement, Inventory management and control, Warehousing, Logistics & Distribution, Project Management & Contract Administration as well as  Production Logistics in the plant.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute procurement related functions – develop and implement contract management and procurement frameworks, sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, draft and manage contracts, including periodic evaluation of suppliers.
  • Review and develop logistics strategy in terms of warehousing, logistics, distribution carriers, dispatches (local and exports), to maximize sales and minimize delivery costs.
  • Periodically monitor and review inventory level and movement to plan replenishment.
  • Understand customers’ needs, service those needs, maintain and develop positive business relationships within and outside of business value chain as relevant to supply chain activities.
  • Identify potential projects to deliver changes and improvements to the supply chain department and the organization.
  • Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance and execute product life cycle.
  • Identify and manage risk within the supply chain department and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance including the effects of taxation in the design and implementation of supply chain management activities.
  • Participate in preparation of annual business plan.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Social Sciences or Engineering.
  • Postgraduate Degree is an advantage.
  • Member of globally recognized Professional Associations, example CIPS
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience with at least 7 years in similar position
  • Leadership, creativity, accountability and problem solving skills.
  • Use of Microsoft offices – MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point
  • Good report writing skills – evaluation or situation analysis and recommendation (STP)
  • Good knowledge of production logistics
  • Good Knowledge of Budgeting and financial reporting skills
