1). Travel Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Plan and sell airline tickets, accommodations, insurance and other travel service
- Ensure at least 30 booking tickets are done with travelstart through the GIGM website in a week
- Grow the customer base of Travelstart airline tickets through the GIGM website
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
- Meet profit and sales targets on a monthly basis
- Book airline tickets, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees through GIGM’s payment platforms
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files
- Network with tour operators to retain and build customer base
- Maintain statistical and financial records for proper decision making

2). Inventory Officer – Iyana Ipaja
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and materials to identify shortages.
- Ensure stock is adequate for all distribution request and can cover direct demand.
- Record all deliveries to reconcile inventory.
- Use Technology to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
- Place orders to replenish stock to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Analyse data to anticipate future needs.
- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
- Including other duties that may be assigned by supervisor.
- Candidates living around Iyana Ipaja with the required experience will be given priority.
