1). IT Site Operations Manager
Location: Ijora, Lagos

Job Description
- An IT Site Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure and services at a specific location or site.
- This role involves a wide range of tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing local network configurations, ensuring data security, and providing end-user support.
Main Responsibilities
IT Operations Management (ITOP):
- Oversee the daily operations of IT services and infrastructure at the site, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems.
- Implement best practices for IT operations, adhering to ITIL or similar frameworks for effective service management.
Service Level Management (SLMO):
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT services against agreed service levels and performance metrics.
- Work with IT service providers and internal teams to ensure that IT services meet or exceed agreed-upon standards.
Incident and Problem Management (USUP, PBMG):
- Ensure rapid response and resolution of IT incidents, minimizing impact on business operations.
- Lead the identification and resolution of underlying problems to prevent recurrence of incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous. with a proven track record in managing IT services and infrastructure.
- Proven Experience in FMCG business.
- Professional Certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL Foundation or higher, indicating a strong understanding of IT operations best practices.
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) can be beneficial, showcasing skills in managing IT projects.
- Technical Certifications relevant to the organization’s IT infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) demonstrate hands-on skills and knowledge in specific technologies.

2). Business Intelligence Manager

Position Overview
- The main purpose of the BI Developer Manager role is to lead and oversee a team of BI developers and analysts in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and management for a team of BI developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring high performance.
- Develops and implements a BI strategy aligned with the organization’s goals, ensuring BI solutions meet business needs.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements and design effective BI solutions, including data models, data warehouses, and reporting structures.
- Collaborates with the team on the integration of data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Leads the creation of interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to enable end-users to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Evaluate and select BI tools, platforms, and technologies that align with the organization’s needs and scalability.
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- University Degree in the field of Computer Science, information systems, or computer engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- FMCG Business Knowledge
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification
- Microsoft Office Specialist Expert Certification
- Any SQL Certification e.g. (Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate Certification or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals)
- Experience in Data Warehousing, Project Management and Data Analytics.

3). Maintenance Planner
Location: Nigeria

Job Summary
- The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing and executing the maintenance strategy relating to production lines, drives innovation and improvement of lines, manages people and resources to ensure uncompromised safety, availability and quality while minimizing the impact on the environment.
Responsibilities
- Establishes, monitors and reinforces control on maintenance strategy execution
- Actively participates in organization and scheduling of annual overhaul of production lines and facilities
- Improves efficiencies by increasing preventative maintenance across the plant and to minimize breakdowns and reduce mean time between failures.
- Ensures optimal spare parts and maintenance materials inventory management
- Schedules routine maintenance activities taking into consideration production program and monitors execution (using SAP where appropriate)
- Carries out root cause analysis on breakdowns
- Evaluates effectiveness of corrective actions using all available data
Qualifications
- A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 3 – 5 years relevant hands-on FMCG operation and maintenance experience.
- Experienced in budgeting and people management
- Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety
- Operational planning expertise/experience
- Must Possess CMRP CERTIFICATION or similar Engineering certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in plant manufacturing operations, project planning & implementation.
- Previous new equipment or line installation or extension could be an advantage.
- Understanding of business case/cost benefits analysis preparation and basic financial analysis tools.
- Good understanding and experience of current WC manufacturing methodologies.
- Good understanding of HQSE modalities and codes.
- Good understanding of GMP and GHK (5S) standards.
