Job Title: Listing Intern
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship
Responsibilities
- Assist in uploading new property listings to company platforms, websites, and third-party sites
- Ensure all listings include accurate information: pricing, location, property features, photos, etc.
- Regularly update and maintain listings — removing sold/rented properties or editing outdated details
- Tag listings correctly based on category, area, and price
- Work with agents to gather complete listing materials (photos, videos, property details)
- Review images and descriptions for quality and consistency
- Help edit or caption property photos if needed (using tools like Canva or CapCut)
- Maintain internal property database and ensure listings are well-organized
- Assist with creating simple flyers and digital presentations for marketing use
- Track listing performance and flag incomplete or low-performing entries
- Coordinate with agents to ensure all necessary listing information is submitted
- Communicate with field teams to clarify property features or availability
- Provide weekly updates on active listings, pending uploads, and inactive properties
Requirements
- OND /HND / BS.c student or recent graduate (Any discipline).
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working on phones, laptops, and websites
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy is key
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with property listing platforms is a plus (e.g., PropertyPro, PrivateProperty)
- Basic Canva or Google Sheets/Excel knowledge is an advantage.
Salary
- N70,000 Monthly.
