Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of a National Diploma with at least 3 years experience

Please note the key criteria:

• Must be a Female (for gender balance)
• Familiarity with group lending methodology (micro-lending).
• At least 3 years of experience as a loan officer.
• Proficiency in computer skills and banking software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and exceptional sales skills.

Remuneration

• N120,000 – N180,000 / Month.
