Title: Logistics Officer & Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description/Responsibilities
- Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails.
- Escalate all exceptions for resolution.
- Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
- oversee tripping, manifesting, storage and inventory of parcels on a day to day basis.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc. Degrees with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
Work schedule for this job role is as stated below (Mondays to Saturdays):
- 8:00am – 2:00pm (morning shift)
- 1:00pm – 7:30pm (Afternoon shift).
Salary
- N65,000 Monthly.
