Job Description
- Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone calls, Social Media and emails.
- Escalate all exceptions for resolution.
- Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
- Oversee Tracking, manifesting, storage and inventory of parcels on a day to day basis.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
Salary
- N30,000 – N35,000 Monthly.
