Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Lagos
Job Overview
- The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping our facility (building systems-mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and equipment running smoothly and safely while responding quickly to maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND, Trade Certification, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, or related disciplines. A Trade Test III qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar technical or maintenance role, preferably within a Facility Management company in either a residential or commercial environment.
- Good working knowledge of electrical maintenance, generator servicing, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (for logging maintenance records and reports)
- Excellent skill in mathematical computations and data handling.
