Job Title: Management Trainee (Rollout Engineer)
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, supervise and manage on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations Support site engineers in quality control and material testing
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare project timelines and report progress
- Monitor project milestones and identify potential delays.
- Support in analyzing structural stability, analysis and load calculations.
- Involve in timely resolution of community issues to ensure smooth progress of site build activities
- Carry out site acceptance of civil and remedial works.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or related field.
- 1 – 3 year’s experience in acquisition and rollout of sites.
- Good knowledge of structural design & Construction.
