Job Summary

  • The Manager of Administration, HR, Bookkeeping, and Inventory Control is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative, human resources, financial, and inventory control operations of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Administration: Manage office operations, supervise administrative staff, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Human Resources: Oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Bookkeeping: Manage financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, ordering Supplies, and maintainin inventory records.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in administration, HR, bookkeeping, and inventory control.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software, HR systems, and inventory management tools.
