Job Summary
- The Manager of Administration, HR, Bookkeeping, and Inventory Control is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative, human resources, financial, and inventory control operations of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administration: Manage office operations, supervise administrative staff, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Human Resources: Oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Bookkeeping: Manage financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, ordering Supplies, and maintainin inventory records.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administration, HR, bookkeeping, and inventory control.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in accounting software, HR systems, and inventory management tools.
