Job Description

• Assist in managing company social media pages (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Help create and schedule engaging content, including captions, graphics, reels, and stories.
• Monitor post performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Stay on top of real estate trends and contribute creative ideas for online visibility.
• Draft short-form copy for property listings, email campaigns, flyers, and blog posts.
• Assist in designing simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Support in creating marketing brochures, banners, and sales kits.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns (both digital and offline).
• Assist with email marketing, WhatsApp broadcasts, and follow-ups on inquiries.
• Update and organize contact databases or mailing lists.
• Track marketing inventory (flyers, merchandise, signages).
• Help prepare presentations and reports for internal team use.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Must be organized, creative, and able to meet deadlines.

Salary

• N70,000 Monthly.
