Job Title: Marketing/Sales Executive

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing property sales.
  • You will represent the company in client interactions, site visits, and negotiations, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential, commercial, and our investment properties
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and property listings
  • Handle client inquiries, schedule property viewings, and follow up regularly
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of properties to clients
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain and update ourclient database and sales reports
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and property expos
  • Stay updated on market trends, new projects, pricing, and competitors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,or any related field
  • Proven track record in real estate sales or a related sales role (minimum [X] years)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local property laws and real estate processes
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or license in real estate (as per local regulations)
  • Experience selling off-plan or luxury properties
  • Fluency in multiple languages (if applicable)

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
