Job Description
- We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes.
- This role is perfect for someone passionate about developing efficient, cost-effective solutions and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- As a key component of our engineering team, you will work closely with other engineers and departments to design and implement machinery and processes that increase productivity, sustainability, and product quality.
- Support the development of Frutta beverage e dispenser fluidics systems through all aspects of the iterative design process including Alpha design/build/test cycles as well as Beta builds and field trials.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
- Design and test manufacturing products, overseeing installation of machinery and equipment.
- Assess and analyze current manufacturing processes for cost-reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency.
- Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Provide technical support and training to other teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth engineering operations.
Job Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years’ of product development experience engineering fluidics or electromechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting complex electromechanical devices.
- Ability to understand and identify the best path to a solution, whether it’s testing, computational modeling or analytical.
- Adapt to evolving working environments and quickly adopt new tools to improve quality, productivity, and communications.
