Job Title: Medical Record/Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Education and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in medical records management or health information systems.
- Experience working in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of medical terminology, coding systems
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and health information software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation.
