Responsibilities:

As a Network Technician, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Maximizing network performance through continuous monitoring and conducting performance checks.
  • Troubleshooting network problems and outages, collaborating with HQ for network optimization.
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and resolving any network challenges that arise.
  • Handling wireless network setup, management, maintenance, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Designing, setting up, and maintaining LAN networks in both HQ and all District offices.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum educational requirement: HND/BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in IT analytical skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
