Job Title: NYSC Intern—Administration
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies: monitor inventory and reorder as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings: schedule, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.(
- Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records.
- Support daily administrative operations and special projects.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office needs.
Qualifications
- Current NYSC member with a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary
- N40,000 Monthly.
