We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • Are you highly organized, tech-savvy and able to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail in a fast-paced organization? We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience for our Lagos Office to manage daily office operations efficiently.
  • You will be responsible for streamlining administrative processes, management of internal data and preparation of reports and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • The role requires experience using CRM systems (Salesforce), and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint. You will be overall responsible for our SharePoint Administration and Salesforce Administration and report directly to the CEO while working closely with the management team.
  • Working Structure The position is a full on-site role anchored at Eryk Limited located in Lagos, Nigeria. The position requires a standard 40-hour work week, with 8 hours per day. Your working hours will follow Central European Time (CET) to align with our sister companies in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain office records using MS SharePoint, handle documentation, and manage procurement of supplies and office equipment.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling office correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce platform), ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Support sales, customer service, and other departments by generating reports and managing client interactions within the Salesforce system.
  • Ensure data integrity, identify Salesforce issues, and provide training on Salesforce usage as needed. Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as a key point of contact between teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders. Technology & Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to improve office efficiency. • Utilize digital tools and automation software to streamline administrative workflows.
  • Stay updated on emerging office technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
  • Experience using Salesforce is required, however, experience with other CRM platforms can be considered.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
