Job Summary
- We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in office administration.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and be proficient in data entry, documentation, and filing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage data entry, documentation, and filing systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to perform tasks efficiently
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc in Office Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
