Job Brief
- We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
Job Description
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- General cleaning of the office area.
- Maintaining office supply inventory.
- Managing office filing system.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
Person Specification
- Minimum of an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
- Warm personality and good communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Candidates should not be more than 23 years.
- Proximity to Omole Phase 1 is highly desirable.
