Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Description

  • We are looking for a friendly and reliable Spa Assistant to help support our spa team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • The ideal candidate will assist with various spa duties, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a wellness-focused setting and helping others feel relaxed and pampered.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the spa.
  • Ensure all areas of the spa are clean, organized, and well-stocked (e.g., towels, supplies, etc.).
  • Prepare treatment rooms for therapists, including setting up necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory levels of products and spa supplies.
  • Help guests with general inquiries about services and spa offerings.
  • Ensure that guests are comfortable before and after treatments.
  • Assist therapists and other spa staff as needed during treatments (e.g., preparing products or assisting in positioning).
  • Monitor and maintain the overall cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and treatment rooms.
  • Assist in managing appointments and the check-in/check-out process for guests.
  • Promote spa products and services in a positive manner.
  • Follow all spa policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Help with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls or booking appointments when required.

Education & Experience

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer service environment is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Certifications: No specific certifications required. On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Must reside in Yaba and its environment.

  • Multitasking ability: Able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a busy spa environment.
  • Positive attitude: Must be reliable, punctual, and have a can-do attitude.

Salary

  • N50,000 Monthly.
