Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Mandalla, suleja Local Government area, Niger State.
  • The ideal candidate should be computer literate and possess excellent communication skills to effectively support the office’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in managing office communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Ensure a clean and well-organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / NCE or OND qualification with 0 – 1 year work experience.
  • Must reside in or around the Madanlla, dei-dei and Zuba axis.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
