Job Title: Office Operations & Admin Intern
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship
Job Description
- Assist in maintaining and organizing office files, both digital and physical
- Support the preparation of documents, letters, and reports
- Help with office errands, printing, scanning, and documentation tasks
- Update staff attendance or movement logs when needed
- Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring nothing runs out
- Assist with coordinating office maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
- Ensure meeting rooms and workspaces are tidy, organized, and functional
- Support travel and logistics arrangements for staff or clients (bookings, transport, etc.)
- Assist in coordinating deliveries and courier services
- Help manage petty cash and provide weekly accountability sheets (under supervision)
- Provide support to HR with onboarding packs, ID card requests, etc.
- Assist the Finance team with organizing invoices or receipts
- Help with setting up for meetings, trainings, or team events
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration in Office Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Experience working in a professional office setting
- Familiarity with office inventory or storekeeping
- Basic knowledge of Customer care, Front desk, HR or Finance support functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be punctual, teachable, and dependable
- Good with time management and attention to detail
Salary
- N70,000 / Month.
