Job Summary

  • We’re seeking for a charismatic and confident Online Sales Representative to showcase our brand and products online.
  • As a key member of our team, you’ll build customer relationships, share product knowledge, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stream live, interact with the audience, and build customer relationships
  • Share product knowledge and introduce new product models to the audience
  • Channel enquiries and complaints to the appropriate personnel/department for swift resolution
  • Develop online sales strategies to drive traffic and yield sales results
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve organisational objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven online sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Good presentation skills and smart appearance.
