Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

About the job

• The holder has to support the JV Onshore in all tasks and domains as advised by Senior Liaison Officer such as: Work with the Admin team to follow-up payments for running contracts especially salaries related and monthly performance report by department JOB

Activities

• Work in close relationship with JV Onshore admin team for monthly performance
• Work in close relationship with Finance team to follow-up running contract monthly payments
• Work with Cost control monthly report for transaction listing and commitment analysis presentation
• Support NUIMS BUDGET / Performance defense
• Support JV Onshore to follow up payments for running contracts, especially salaries related
• Prepare monthly performance report by department

Context and environment:

• The job is situated in PHC office
• Job is on a permanent basis and not rotational
• Work and interact with relevant entities (Division, Department and Units) of the company

Accountabilities:

• To reduce payment delay for community contractors to Zero tolerance
• No overperformance of any departments.

Requirements

• Graduate with at least 5 years of experience of work in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Must be Excel / PowerPoint expert
• Must be very analytical with the ability to propose innovative and workable alternatives or solutions.
• Very fluent in spoken and written English.
