Title: Patient Relationship Executive/Receptionist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Documentation of patients’ records.
• Updating and maintaining patients’ records.
• Managing communication between patients and their physicians.
• Maintaining records of appointments for medical personnel.
• Assisting medical personnel to plan their schedule of work.
• Carry out other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to attend to patients and do their entries, doing patient billing.
• Computer guru.
