Job Summary
- A Patient Relationship Executive will focus on improving patient experience, ensuring satisfaction, and building strong relationships.
- They address patient inquiries, manage complaints, and coordinate services to enhance the overall patient journey.
Responsibilities
- Documentation of patients’ records.
- Updating and maintaining patients’ records.
- Managing communication between patients and their physicians.
- Maintaining records of appointments for medical personnel.
- Assisting medical personnel in planning their schedule of work.
- Carry out other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to attend to patients and do their entries, and do patient billing.
- Computer guru.
