Job Brief

  • We are looking for a Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
  • You will be working very closely in managing the CEO’s calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
  • Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.


  • Enhance the effectiveness of the Director by providing outstanding and confidential support.
  • Works proactively as a lead resource for the Director and provides support for their businesses.
  • Perform high-level executive and operational support, and exercise independent judgement based on analysis, experience and research.
  • Prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues.
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a multi-tasking approach that facilitates the growth of their businesses.
  • Manages and maintains extremely active calendars, schedules meetings and appointments.
  • Leads on projects and key deliverables to assure an organized ad up to date.
  • Support the Managing Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required.
  • Managing the office facility, including service and vendor payments.
  • Performs recruitment on behalf of the Director as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • PA diploma or certification is a plus.
  • Excellent MS Office Knowledge
  • Outstanding Organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and Confidentiality


  • N150,000 – N200,000 / Month
