Job Title: Personal Assistant (Female)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactivePersonal Assistantto support a busy professional.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle email correspondence, document preparation, and file organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
  • Conduct research and provide summaries on various topics as needed.
  • Assist in personal tasks such as event planning, household management, and errands.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure follow-ups on outstanding tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
  • Flexibility to manage both business and personal tasks.
  • Experience in handling travel arrangements and calendar management is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting a senior executive or entrepreneur.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Salary

  • N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
