Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • A Personal Assistant in Human Resources provides administrative and logistical support to the HR team, focusing on tasks like managing employee data, scheduling, communication, and assisting with HR processes while maintaining confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate partners’ records, including updating databases and filing systems.
    • Manage HR-related correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and training sessions.
    • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR tasks.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist with HR activities, resume screening, and candidate scheduling.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes for new Partners.
  • Communication and Liaison:
    • Serves as a point of contact for employees and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate HR policies and procedures to Partners
    • Assist with resolving employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection:
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Other HR Tasks:
    • Assist with employee relations matters.
    • Support HR projects and initiatives.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve employees’ problems
  • Familiarity with database systems and common HR applications
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations as well as industry-specific regulations
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Discretion and the ability to keep data private

Salary

  • N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
