Job Title: Female Personal Assistant/Social Media Manager

Location: Benin City, Edo

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the executive team.
  • The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide overall support to ensure smooth operation of the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling of the Company Social Media Space by Create engaging content for our various social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Assist with personal errands, event planning, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for events, fashion shows, or photo shoots.
  • Liaise with staff, clients, and vendors on behalf of the executive team.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • HND or BSC in any field of study
  • 3+ years of working experience in any Administrative Role or as a Social Manager Media.
  • Knowledge in the Content Creation and Effective use of social media.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest or background in the fashion industry is a plus.

Salary

  • N150,000 Monthly.
