We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Personal Assistant to the Farmyad director will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and acting as a reliable right hand.
  • This role involves coordinating schedules, handling communications, organizing travel, managing confidential documents, and performing various administrative tasks to support the director’s efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Ensure all engagements are prioritized and conflicts are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, ensuring all travel documents are in order.
  • Assist with special projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet the required standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks to optimize the director’s time and focus.

Qualifications

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an executive or personal assistant, ideally supporting a senior executive or director.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • High level of adaptability, able to manage shifting priorities and tasks.
  • Familiarity with event planning logistics.
  • High level of physical fitness to handle occasional physical tasks.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to honesty and confidentiality.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
