Job Title: Personal Assistant to Senior Cleric

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized, dedicated, and professional Personal Assistant to support the Senior Cleric in his duties within the Anglican Church.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Bishop, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage and maintain the Senior Cleric calendar, including scheduling meetings, events, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Assist with preparation and organization of church services, meetings, and special events.
- Maintain confidential records and documents related to the Senior Cleric’s role.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as required.
Qualifications
- He must be an Anglican
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Anglican faith
- Proficiency in office software, including word, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and email management.
- A calm, professional demeanor and the ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes demanding environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in a church or faith-based organization.
- Knowledge of Anglican liturgical practices and terminology.
- A caring and compassionate approach to pastoral responsibilities.
