Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to provide administrative support to a high-net-worth individual, executive, or entrepreneur.
- The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex schedules, coordinate personal and professional tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle personal and professional correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate personal events, such as parties, dinners, and family gatherings
- Manage household staff, vendors, and service providers
- Oversee personal expenses, budgets, and financial records
- Make travel arrangements, reservations, and bookings
- Run errands, complete tasks, and perform other personal duties as requested
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
Requirements
- BSc in Secretarial Studies, Office Management or a related course
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
