Job Title: POS Support Officer

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive requests for POS from BDs/VLs or Field support staff and processing time.
  • Deployment of POS terminals to merchants.
  • Training of merchant upon deployment of POS Terminal.
  • Prepping (configuring and testing) of the POS terminals.
  • Providing daily terminal support at designated merchant locations.
  • Identifying prospect merchants in the field and reporting.
  • Keep records of support and support materials.
  • Give remote assistance/training to merchants.
  • Attend to any other task assigned.

Job Requirements

  • HND/BSC in relevant course of study is required.
  • 1/2 Years of experience in similar role.
  • Good Relationship skills and emotional intelligence skills
  • Must be self-driven and be able to take initiative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Proficient in English
