BainesCredit is a tech-enabled MFB leveraging on digital technology to serve our over 10,000 customers.

Title: POS Support Representative

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Takes ownership for POS usage at Bank and Customer level to ensure growth both in transaction volume and value.
• Attend to terminal requests, terminal set-up, prepping and effective functionality of the terminal to respective merchants.
• Accurately capture Merchant’s details on the terminal and systems.
• Ensure terminals are registered with the processors.
• Manage SIM usage database.
• Monitor delivery of Terminals to Merchants/Customers and also deliver in person when required.
• Handle trainingof merchants on usage of the terminal.
• Conduct weekly maintenance calls to Customers to ensure optimal customer service delivery
• Reconcile POS stock and manage database of POS terminals in store
• Ensure Terminals are always available for deployment
• Ensure that the POS store is properly arranged and always monitored.
• Prepare and give weekly deployment report
• Assist Operations team when required.

Qualifications / Requirements

• OND / HNDin any discipline.
• 0 – 1 year experience as a POS Support Representative.
• Proximity to office location is a plus.
• Male preferred due toactive nature of role

• Ability to managetasks and deliver within deadlines.

Salary
N50,000 monthly
